It is such a joy to enter Jolt CU. I never have any problems with staff. All are absolutely wonderful, polite, and are willing to go to any length to help you.

I'm so happy that we finally have a branch here in Midland! The staff here have been fabulous and helpful. They have gone above and beyond to help me with my father. They made molehills out of mountains and I won't bank anywhere else.

Taylore is extremely helpful and professional. I'm greeted by name whenever I visit so I automatically feel welcomed. That feeling as soon as you walk into a bank or credit union and knowledge in services is great.

When I go into the Midland branch someone always says hello, and usually by my name which means a lot. I have had nothing but excellent service from everyone in the branch. Last year, I was taking care of my father before he passed away and your staff were my saving grace. I will not do my finances with any other institutions.
