SKIP THE PAYMENT, NOT THE MEMORIES.

If you have an eligible loan, you have the option to skip your loan payment and put your mind (and wallet) at ease.

How to skip your loan payment:

  1. Log in to Jolt's mobile app or online banking
    (Not enrolled in digital banking? Call the credit union at (989) 799-8744 or stop by any location to apply.)
  2. Select "Transfers & Payments" from the menu 
  3. Select "Skip-a-Payment"
  4. Click the eligible loan you wish to postpone
  5. Select which account to withdraw the $35 fee from (per eligible loan)
  6. Complete the menu prompts

*Finance charges continue to accrue during the skipped period. Loans must be current to qualify. Please note that Mortgages, Home Equity loans, Credit Cards and Lines of Credit are not eligible. A $35 processing fee will be assessed for each skipped loan. Each loan may only be postponed twice per 12 month period and 3 consecutive payments must be made in between requested skip a payments. A skipped payment may reduce any GAP insurance claims on insured vehicles. Please consult your GAP Policy for more information.
