Jolt Credit Union encourages student members to celebrate their achievements by sharing their RADICAL report cards with us to be entered into two drawings.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

  • All Jolt Credit Union youth members with an open savings account in grades K-12th are eligible for the drawing. Account must be in good standing.
  • Deadline to enter is June 30, 2023.
  • You may submit up to two (2) report cards OR progress reports from the 2022-23 school year, maximum of two entries per student member.
  • Student must be present for in-branch submissions. Student members and their parent/guardian may also submit online by filling out the form below and uploading a picture of their 2022-23 report card or progress report.
  • The $50 deposit drawing will award three (3) winners, one each from the following grade ranges: K-5th, 6th-8th, and 9th-12th.
  • The $100 Barnes & Noble gift card grand prize drawing will award two (2) winners, one each from the entire pool of entries K-12th.
  • Student members who may win the $50 deposit drawing will still be eligible to win the grand prize drawing, but they may not win in the same drawing twice. Example: Student member may win $50 deposit in their grade range and a $100 Barnes & Noble gift card, but cannot win more than one (1) $50 deposit or more than one (1) $100 Barnes & Nobile gift card.
  • In-branch submission forms and proof of report cards/progress reports must be brought into any Jolt Credit Union branch location to be eligible for entry. Online submissions must be completed in full to be considered eligible for entry.
  • Winners will be notified by phone. The $50 deposit winnings will be deposited directly into their Jolt Youth savings account. Winners of the $100 Barnes & Noble gift card will be required to pick up at the nearest Jolt Credit Union branch, or it will be mailed if they are not within reasonable distance of a branch location.

SUBMIT ONLINE OR RETURN FORM WITH REPORT CARDS/PROGRESS REPORTS TO ANY JOLT BRANCH BY JUNE 30, 2023.

*Jolt Credit Union Membership Required. Account must be in good standing. Student members in grades Kindergarten through 12th grade are eligible to enter for the Radical Report Cards drawing. By participating in the drawing, parents or guardians of the drawing winners agree to have their child’s first name, photo/likeness used in any advertising material related to this drawing without additional financial or other compensation. The deadline to enter is June 30, 2023 and the drawings will be conducted on July 11, 2023. Winners will be contacted by phone. Winners of the $50 deposit winnings will be deposited directly into their Jolt Youth savings account and may be subject to IRS reporting. Winner is responsible for all tax liability. Winners of the $100 Barnes & Noble gift card will be required to pick up their prize at the nearest Jolt Credit Union branch or it will be securely mailed through USPS if they are not within reasonable distance of a branch location. Jolt Credit Union reserves the right to change or modify the rules of the drawing at any time. Failure to comply with the drawing rules may result in disqualification. Federally Insured by NCUA.
