PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

Jolt – We are here for you

Progress continues to be made against the spread of COVID-19. It has
been about three and a half months since we have been able to reopen
our lobbies to members on a limited basis. Like so many others in our
communities, Jolt staff and their children have been impacted by school
districts choosing remote learning. My apologies if you have been
ALAN WATSON negatively impacted by the temporary closure of our lobbies at the Cass
President/CEO Avenue branch in Bay City and the Center Avenue branch in Essexville.
These closures should be for a short time only as we make adjustments
with staff & scheduling.

Safety protocols continue at this time and have made both staff & members comfortable for in
person service at our branches. Thank you for being patient & kind to our staff as these changes
were put into place. For more information on how Jolt is doing its part to help during the global
pandemic visit www.joltcu.com/pandemicresources. Continue to be diligent in this fight so we
can expect to have a better 2021 just around the corner.

Although you don’t see us in our orange shirts running all over, all you have to do is visit our social
media pages to see that we have not slowed down! From our “Matching Sock Drive” that enabled us
to donate over 1,000 pairs of socks to From the Heart Ministries “Faith Over Fear Back to School
Drive” to being the presenting sponsor of the Child Abuse and Neglect Council’s “Virtual Ducky
Derby Family Fun Fest” with record setting raffle ticket sales, you can see that we are still ALL IN!
And be sure to join us at the Saginaw Children’s Zoo “Zoo Boo” events in October! Despite the
unusual circumstances, the hope is that by offering a safe and socially distanced Halloween
activity for children and their families, it will help to bring some normalcy to our children.
