HOW TO REDEEM REWARDS
Rewards can only be redeemed through online or mobile banking once a minimum of $5 has been accumulated. Rewards can be redeemed for a cash deposit into a Jolt account or applied to a statement credit.
- Log into Jolt's online or mobile banking (click here to enroll in online banking)
- In the Menu, choose Cards > Visa and select your Rewards Visa card
- Click your rewards balance amount to be directed to the new CashBack Mall
- Log into the CashBack Mall or create a new account. New users will need their 16-digit card # and last 4 numbers of their SSN to create a username and password.
- Once logged into the CashBack Mall, choose Redeem from the menu
- Members can choose between Get Statement Credit or Deposit to Jolt Credit Union Account
Allow 2-3 business days for rewards to appear in your Jolt account or statement credit.

REPORT LOST OR STOLEN CARD
Report your card lost or stolen in Jolt's digital banking or call (866) 820-5850 any time of day.
Charge Disputes: If there is a charge on your card that you believe that you did not make, please contact Jolt immediately to deactivate your card to avoid any further charges. We will then work with you to submit a dispute.
REQUEST REPLACEMENT CARD
Request a replacement card in Jolt's digital banking, contact us at (800) 798-2328, or visit any Jolt branch.
